Welcome to Il Palazzo's Weekly Heroes Rant! Each week, I hope to inspire you to get off your couch (after watching Heroes), and jump into your computer chair (so you can read about Heroes). Beware though, I'll be recapping each episode as it airs, so spoilers will abound. Wow, Arthur took Hiro's....memory? So, Arthur's like Rogue but he can actually control how his power works?
Oh god....does this mean Ando's gonna be the lead hero among the two?
Yay! Maybe Sylar and Elle can become a real couple now! *shudder*
I hope Claire becomes badass. I really do.
I kinda like mischievous mind-of-a-child Hiro. It reminds me a little of when he first found his powers.
"Come give your dad a hug." Does he have to say that to EVERYONE he steals power from?
Why was Sylar being nice to Elle so INTENSE?
So, Sylar can get powers by being a therapist now? Hrm.

So it all comes back to saving the cheerleader. Kinda neat
I like where the shows going. Looks like a war is breaking out. Hopefully it means some actual fighting will take place.
Ok, after seeing the next episode preview....maybe not.

A prediction: Sulu put the catalyst in Ando.
Ooh...that would be interesting. Finally, a REASON for Ando to exist. With all the fuss about Claire though, I don't really see it happening.
But now that the family fued line is drawn. Will the show get better? Also Mama Petrelli is starting to look hot!
OMG! There's totally a reason for Ando to exist completely independently of the catalyst - quite apart from the fact that Hiro and Ando are totally in the middle of an Eve Sedgwick "Between Men" thing, the subject rhyming they do is pretty great. After all, it's always "one of us, one of them," and so forth.
Ando allows us flatscans access to Hiro in a way that we don't really have access to any of the other (powered) characters on the show. It's like the most important person in the Batman mythos: Alfred (or maybe Gordon), or the most important people in the Superman mythos: Ma and Pa Kent.
Just like we have to have Watson in order to gain access to Holmes - we have to have Moneypenny to gain access to James Bond.
Yeah, I might be teaching a course on the Mythos of the Superhero next year... :)
