Leftover Plot From Force Works Or Bold New Direction?
A new teaser image popped up in my mailbox straight from the House of Ideas.
What does it mean? No idea.
Who is it? No clue.
All we do know is that Mike Deodato Jr. did the art for this promo piece. We can assume it wil tie into Dark Reign, the status quo that will follow Secret Invasion.
I've seen it posited elsewhere that this ties into the image coming out of Civil War that depicted a red, white and blue Iron man suit, but Joe Q. said after CW's conclusion that this piece was simply a mock-up to deter readers and had no planned use. They then used it as the cover for a Civil War-inspired one-shot of What If ... ?.
