Manga-Nation: Very Slow Week Edition

speedracer1.jpg

Welcome to another thrilling installment of Manga-Nation! After last week's Viz overload, we get a nice slow week. So slow, in fact, I don't have anything to recommend! This time, I'll turn it around and look to YOU the PK reader! See anything on this list I should be reading? Are there any new series out you think I should pick up? What would you like to see me review in the near future? Are Fig Newtons really just fruit and cake? Let me know in the comments line! And don't forget to check out all of this week's releases after the jump!

"Oh Lois, you SO don't want to know!"

Comic of the Week

Review: Stormwatch #1 Stormwatch #1, the first of DC's new 52 to feature LGBT characters (before the reboot, at least) is out to add a new cosmic dimension to the post-Flashpoint universe. There isn't much to be said for our beloved broship yet (though the last page shows a handshake between Apollo and Midnighter and promises a "Big Bang"), but the issue is a great gauge for whether or not you'll want to stick with the series to see the romance purportedly unfold....
