Can Warner Bros. Save The DC Movie Franchise?
Word comes from Hollywood today that Warner Bros., parent company to DC has announced a initiative to sit down and actualy work with the publisher to develop movies. Since the only thing Warner has going or it in the superhero genre is Batman (and ith The Dark Knight opening next week that will dry that well right quick), I guess they've finally realized that they may need some help.
Devin Faraci over at CHUD has an article detailing some of the finer points of the soon-to-be summit. Being a former comic nerd and current comic observed, he's better suited than most to discuss the cross pollination of comic books and film.
