Video: Spider-Man's New Video Game Looks To Kick Some Ass
Apparently it's a Spider-Man Sunday!
The forthcoming Spider-Man: Web of Shadows video game has long been draped in, well, shadow. We got a sneak peek during the New York ComiCon but it revealed little and the veil of silence fell quickly after that. Recently, cover art for the game was leaked.
Now we get a video from Shaba Games, the developers of Web of Shadows. The clip focuses on the combat system which incorporates the web slinging aspect. While web slinging was all but perfected in the Spider-Man 2 movie game, combat has always been a thorn in these games. It seems that may come to end with Web of Shadows, but we'll have to wait until the fall to know for sure.

I like the way he can shoot webs and swing when they really aren't attaching to anything. Always wondered about that in the cartoons too.

Wow, that looks fantastic! The Ultimate Spidey game did it pretty well, but this looks even better. Here's hoping I get a review copy (through my other writing job ;) ).
