Spidey 4 in 2011?

While most fans of Spidey had a "meh" reaction to the third movie, it's not much of a secret that they're looking to do a fourth. What is new is that apparently they're looking to have it out in 2011. If they do get it out then, and the other movies they've slated make it out then as well, that gives us Captain America, Spider-Man 4, and Avengers movies all in one year.
More after the jump!
Of course, it's still very much up in the air whether or not Sam Raimi, Tobey Maguire, or anyone else from the first three will be back for the fourth. I personally hope Raimi takes, at most, more of a back seat role to the fourth movie. I think he was good for the first two movies since they were "early Spider-Man stories", but his telling of modern characters, like Venom, left quite a bit lacking. Not to mention the female characters take less and less active roles, scream more, and just generally lose their appeal as each movie went on. Raimi also has this weird scream fetish, not to mention lack of any new music post 70s. Singing in the Rain, I can forgive, but seriously... Staying Alive? I'm Too Sexy would have been better...well, relatively speaking. Both are obnoxious, but at least the latter is a little more modern.
Anyway, I digress...
So, what do you think? Should there be three Marvel Movies in one year? Should Raimi come back in the same capacity or a more limited one? If Maguire bows out, who should take his place (and for that matter, any of the other cast). Who do you want to see in the fourth movie?
I personally would love to see the Black Cat, as long as she's written well. Too often, she's just there as "The Sex-ay Cat lady" and doesn't have much else going for her. She can be written well, it's just not often done.

I think more time would be needed for me to want to see another spider man movie. A "reboot" like the Hulk would be what I prefer.
I'd probably be more excited about Captain America if they came out at the same time anyway.
I still would be excited for one, but that's probably because I'm a huge fan. :P
