Spider-Woman's Secret Invasion Gets Updated!

UPDATE below!
There are few characters in mainstream comics that have a more confusing and achingly obtuse backstory than Spider-Woman. Even before her recent storyline as a S.H.I.E.L.D./Nick Fury/Hydra/Avengers double-triple-whatever agent, her origin was nothing less than a one huge web (pun intended) of inconsistencies and plot devices that just plain didn't make sense. Bendis and Brian Reed did the best they could to unravel the mess with the Spider-Woman: Origin limited series. It worked fairly well, too.
But now that good old Jessica Drew is right in the middle of Secret Invasion there's a whole new set of questions concerning her identity. Rich over at Comic By Comic is a much better man than I as he sets out to try and determine who Spider-Woman really is by looking at her role in the Avengers and in Secret Invasion as a whole. It;s an interesting look at the last few years of Marvel and it asks the question: Just how long ago did Bendis really start planning this?
Head over to Comic By Comic's Spider-Woman article and then let us know what you think. There are any number of possibilities so far, so let's see what happens in Secret Invasion #3 today and try to figure it out!
Given Spider-Woman's recent activity in Secret Invasion #3, we look at an update on Comic by Comic's theory of Bendis-related shenanigans.
