Money, Money, Money, Money! (Pretend There's Music)

Every month, the lovely Paul O'Brien takes the staggeringly boring job of comparing the sales charts for our favorite four color industry, in particular the House of Ideas. It's mainly a thankless job as we tend to bitch and moan about just about any news, but that's what we're here for, I guess.
Posting his musings on (just about) each book over at , O'Brien compares sales for up to five years previous - so long as there is data present to compare. It's a fascinating read and really shows some faults and strengths of the buying public.
You can check out the Marvel listings at The Beat.
On the other side of the street, Marc-Oliver Frisch tackles the DC numbers. In much the same fashion as O'Brien's Marvel analysis, Frisch gives sales numbers as well as comparisons and explanations. You can check out the DC play-by-play in a different section of the Beat.
Trust me, whichever company you're more interested in, these monthly reports should be required reading for all of you. Get to it!
