Like A Speeding Bullet

DC's endcap to Countdown-slash-opening salvo to Final Crisis has sold out at Diamond. The bargain price one-shot, designed to bridge the gap between events went on sale on Wednesday and is now nonexistent at the distributor. Of course, your local comic shop may still have copies available.
DC has announced that they will be issuing a second edition with a variant cover on May 28. The fact that the new ship date is so far away seems to say that DC was unsuspecting of this sell-out. Most books that are expected to vanish have a variant second edition ready and waiting for the next week or two.
Want to know if the book is really worth it or just a fluke due to the low, low price? You can check out our very own Kid Ampersand's review right here.

Why does that say a dollar...I could have sworn I paid 50 cents...
Thank you!
I could have sworn it was $.50, but I'm far from a DC expert. I assumed I was just mistaken.
I should have known better. Me, make a mistake? Ha! That's just crazy talk.
