What A Twist! Superman Could Be Sold To Marvel?

superman.gif

Our friends at Newsarama have analyzed the big Siegel vs. Time Warner case results and found out that the Siegels could theoretically sell the rights of Superman to Marvel. Of course it wouldn't be a nice, swift switcheroo wherein Wolverine and Supes would exchange a few beers in Uncanny X-Men. No, my friends, the law is complicated. At best Marvel would get a gimped, non-flying Superman without Lois Lane, Lex Luthor, or any of his supporting cast. In that regard, it would be completely worthless.

But can you imagine how much fun Marvel would have rubbing it in DC's face?

They could always pretend that DC's Superman was a skrull all along. I'm just saying.

Perhaps they can make Supes their big "gay" hero? He could keep making references to his off-panel lover, 'Bruce'...
