The Invasion Begins ... Again
In a move not a single person did not see coming, Marvel has announced that Secret Invasion #1 has sold out and is going back to press. The opening salvo in the Skrull attack on Earth has been building for a while (three years if writerBrian Bendis is to be believed) and the word on the first issue has been almost unanimously positive.
As is the industry standard now, the second printing will come complete with a snazzy new cover. It's not a bad cover by any stretch of the imagination, but if you haven't read the issue yet you may not want to check it out. The cover is essentially the big shocker from #1 spread out over the front and back covers. But then again, does anyone not know the ending yet?
The second printing of Secret Invasion #1 will hit stands on April 30th while the second issue will be coming May 7th.
