NYC Comic Con: Buffy Tarot Cards
Dark Horse announced at this weekend's New York Comic Con that in August they are releasing an official Buffy tarot set. Comicbookresources.com has an interview with the card deck's designer, Rachel Pollack, and Buffy cover artist Paul Lee.
Along with the "Conversations with Dead People" Board it seems Dark Horse is finding some interesting ways to develop additional merchandise tie-ins.
The glorified Ouija Board holds no appeal to me but from an artistic stand point the cards are unique (and a little bit naughty). They certainly seem to be getting Buffy fan and Pink is the new Blog writer, Trent excited.

Makes more sense than most tie-ins. If I were to buy a tarot deck, this would be it, if only to see how the cards are interpreted via Buffy characters.
