Superman Star Tells Little Children That There Is No Zod
What's the deal with all these stars gabbing about their comic book films like it was something incredibly interesting that happened at a party last night? First Chris Evans confirms (and is cheered for) the fact that Fantastic Four 3 will most likely not happen. Now in a recent interview with Empire, we have Superman Returns star Brandon Routh (Superman...and oh yeah NOTHING else) telling us that Zod will probably not be in the next film...then he drops this little precious gem:
"It's going to be a lot more in that genre. In the first one, the obstacle was Superman's love for Lois and his son, and Luthor using that against him. I just know that in the next film there will be a lot of action and I'm gonna get to fight something, or someone. An enemy with real physical power might be worked in there, definitely."
Wow! Superman is going to get to fight something or someone? Someone call the spoiler alert squad!
Yikes! Go back to preparing to fight something or someone for the sequel and no more interviews for you, Mr. Routh, lest you reveal that the plot involves something somewhere.
