LGBT Character Of The Week: Ultimate Jarvis

It would appear that Colossus isn't the only Ultimate Marvel character who reaches their 'Ultimateness' by being a bit lighter in the loafers. Enter... Ultimate Jarvis!

Jarvis is the Ultimate universe butler for Tony Stark (NOT the Avengers) and is generally much more sarcastic and acerbic. Unfortunately he was shot and killed by the traitor Black Widow. This storyline is collected in the TP Ultimates 2 vol 2: Grand Theft America.

Comic of the Week

Stormwatch #1, the first of DC's new 52 to feature LGBT characters (before the reboot, at least) is out to add a new cosmic dimension to the post-Flashpoint universe. There isn't much to be said for our beloved broship yet (though the last page shows a handshake between Apollo and Midnighter and promises a "Big Bang"), but the issue is a great gauge for whether or not you'll want to stick with the series to see the romance purportedly unfold....
