Buffy: No Future For You Trade Dated For Future Too Far For You

buffy,-no-future-for-you.gif

As editor of Pink Kryptonite, I find it very difficult to stay away from spoilers. I see them every day from our own articles, other websites, and everyday discussions with co-workers. Now, most of you have probably read that I've been trying to remain spoiler-free in regards to the Buffy comic. Yeah, that didn't work out too well. My problem with reading the comic on a month to month basis is that I'm a huge fan of Buffy and I always end up craving more from the story. 30 days is an awfully long time to wait in between installments. That's the reason why I'm experiencing Buffy in trades, which brings us (rather long-windedly) to the reason for this post. The second trade collection of the Buffy comic is due in stores on June 25.

Merciful Zeus! June 25th is four months away! (I'm counting March since we're barely into it). It looks like I may have to cave in and just read the individual issues.

Is anyone in the same situation as me? Or do most of you just bite the bullet and wait it out?

Since its the only comic I read, I don't feel bad about shelling out a few bucks a month for each installment. I've actually started a cool little tradition where I pick up the latest issue then walk over to the In N Out across the street. While I'm waiting for my order, I sit there and read the latest happenings of the Scoobies.

If you want to borrow the issues from me, feel free. I have every issue that's been released so far.

I dont know maybe its just me but i want it when it first comes out and a first printing always with the sexy art not the regular art and always get it at forbidden planet cause they give you a free bored. As soon as im done i look for a relatively quiet place to read it like lets say a bn or the park if its nice out and not windy. To me the wait is worth it cause it gives you time to discuss what will you think will happen with your slayerette friends. BTW im getting the slayer scythe ill post pictures (on the forum) when i do

Sorry for the rambletasticness
