Word Balloons: Moving, Finding A Home

When I was 18, I left East San Jose (a little south of San Francisco) to go to college down in LA. Ever since then, I’ve pretty much lived a nomadic life, packing only the minimum and being prepared to move to a new place at a moment’s notice. Westwood, Culver City, Sherman Oaks, London, Tampa Bay, Arcata (California), and San Jose have all been my temporary homes.
Well, six years (and a lot of moving) later, I’ve now officially moved in to San Jose’s downtown area, near Japantown (note: must learn Japanese) and I finally have a place to call home. The only downside to all this is that now I have to find my new local comic book store to get my weekly fix…but that shouldn’t take too long.
I have a few more things to unpack, so off I go!
I hope everyone’s weekend was fantastic!

Cool, I grew up in San Jose, from 1980 to 1984. I remember seeing Star Trek II at a cinema there--one of those these big, domed concrete monstrosities. I think it was by the Winchester Mystery House.
