Pride High Creator Joins Sequential Heart, Reaches Over Level 9000 In Kindness

Tommy Roddy, creator of Pride High, has recently joined the board of directors at Sequential Heart, an organization dedicated to providing homeless youth with comic books that will help motivate and inspire them. Sequential Heart was founded by Rachel Edidin, an assistant editor at Dark Horse Comics, and Dean Trippe creator of the Butterfly webcomic.
In the latest Pride High press release, Roddy has this to say:
"My own experience with this issue occured shortly after I came out to my parents in high school. Like many LGBT youth, I was forced to leave home. Luckily, through the kindness of both friends and strangers, I was able to keep a roof over my head until I reconciled with my family. I'm both thrilled and honored to be a part of Sequential Heart, as I believe strongly in helping children who have been deprived of a home, regardless of the reason,"
We here at PK are all for a noble cause and wish to congratulate Tommy, Rachel, and Dean for their efforts. Best of luck in your endeavor!
