New Runaways Preview Online

I'm a huge fan of the Runaways comic series, partially due to the unique art style the first two seasons demonstrated, and also for the fantastic way it portrayed a group of teenaged superheroes as flawed but (very) human characters. They're all unique, they're all interesting, and they're all entertaining in their own individual ways.

Now, of course, the series is being written by one of the best writers of teenaged heroes, Joss Whedon, and it's only getting better. Even better? There's a preview of issue #29 online over at Comic Book Resources:

THE STORY: “DEAD END KIDS” The Runaways find themselves in the middle of a super-powered gang war in 1907! To make matters worse, two figures from the Runaways’ past show their faces. Mr. and Mrs. Yorkes don’t believe that the Runaways played such an innocent role in their daughter’s death.
