One More Day? How About 25 More Reasons?
We are not exactly fans of Joe Quesada's recent editorial mucking-about with the world of Peter Parker. It's a bit hard to get behind all this "One More Day" nonsense, for me, because it just seems so utterly random that Parker would have to go to Mephisto because Doctor Strange, Doctor Doom, the High Evolutionary, Reed Richards, and Doctor Octopus were unable to help save the life of Aunt May. I mean, come on, isn't Doom the guy who actually managed to he-bitch manslap Mephisto in order to rescue his mother's soul? Gimme a break.
Over at Comic Book Resources, Keith Giffen's put together a list of 25 things which could end a superhero marriage without going to the devil. Trust me, you've gotta check these out.
