Heath Ledger Passes Away, Dark Knight Expected To Proceed As Planned
Heath Ledger has unexpectedly passed away today at the age of 28 in New York. A full report is yet to come. As morbid as it sounds, fans have been curious as to how this affects the filming of The Dark Knight. G4 has confirmed that principal photography has been finished so it may not affect the film at all. This comes on the tail end of last year's death of a special effects technician on the film. Bad luck or not, we can't help but have flashes of Brandon Lee and the set of The Crow, another comic book adaptation.
