Blast From The Past: The Dairy Sanchez

Remember how, back in the 1990s, there were all those ads featuring celebrities adorned with milk-mustaches? Yeah, I know, I'm old. Get over it. So, anyway, a lot of those ads were really funny, especially because the photos had such a wacky quality to them.

This one, however, not so much. Every time I look at it, there's a feeling of general wrongness to it. I can't help but think that Docs Sampson and Banner were having a little quality time together, when all of a sudden Sampson finished early, Bruce got pissed, and then we had the resulting image.

Comic of the Week

Stormwatch #1, the first of DC's new 52 to feature LGBT characters (before the reboot, at least) is out to add a new cosmic dimension to the post-Flashpoint universe. There isn't much to be said for our beloved broship yet (though the last page shows a handshake between Apollo and Midnighter and promises a "Big Bang"), but the issue is a great gauge for whether or not you'll want to stick with the series to see the romance purportedly unfold....
