LGBT Character of the Week: Hooded Justice
Hooded Justice was a founding memeber of the Minutemen along with Captain Metropolis in Alan Moore's Watchmen graphic novel. Though not known to the public of the universe, they are also lovers. Hooded Justice also seems to be into rough trade and is seen getting a little physical with several young guys thoughout the series. He often was bearded by Silk Spectre when making public appearances.
Watchmen is, of course, a classic, filled with complex characters and moral ambiguity. It is responsible for comics being taken seriously in academia and seen as a valid subject for study.
