Breaking: Spider-Man 3 sucks!
I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. It is the third movie, the actors are clearly bored, special effects weren't so special, the writing is about as loose as well...I'll let you fill that last bit in. Emo Peter Parker, need I say more? I want my two hours!!! I'm quite sure there were four or five good movies in there (and a musical!) but Raimi shold have picked one.
At the end of the movie three people clapped, then I heard this girl yell out, "Why are you fools clapping? It SUCKED!!!" I have not been this disappointed since the first time I saw my ex naked.
Obligatory comics-related rating: It made baby wolverine cry.

Sigh... i saw it on I-max big screen the day it came out... with my girlfriend... yeech...
The good part was seeing Tomy macguire's crotch on big screen because everything else wasn't worth my... 30 bucks...

Movie review of a comic-based movie on the comics section of a gaming site. 'Nuff said.
This movie seems to be quite a divider in opinions. People seem to either love it or hate it.
I thought it was nothing special, all of it has been seen before in those countless superhero-movies and their sequels. The only thing I liked about it was that it wrapped up the trilogy of Spider-Man movies quite conveniently.
... Oh, and Topher Grace was HOTT!
I loved the movie because it was so amusing. :) And I only paid $5 to see it at the Archlight, with a live appearance from Tobey Maguire at midnight, so there. :P
actually, The_French_Guy, i thought that evil tobey looked strikingly like ian curtis! i think he totally could play him in a biopic.
Every time emo Parker came onscreen I'd say: "Look out! It's Evil Hair Peter!" And the audience would laugh.
That's right...I AM MORE ENTERTAINING THAN SPIDERMAN 3!.
