Marvel Announces Spider-Man Fairy Tales

I was totally unimpressed with the X-Men Fairy Tales miniseries put out by Marvel last year. It just felt really forced and unoriginal, plus I hated the overall art style. Well, it seems like Marvel felt the idea was worth another try, because they just announced the Spider-Man Fairy Tales miniseries' launch at the end of the month.
Strangely enough, though, it looks like the comic might be pretty decent... at least, based on the highly-original art style of Ricardo Tercio. The first issue is set to tackle the old fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood, and it certainly sounds interesting:
It's always fun finding and establishing the connections between classic fairy tales and the Marvel mythos, and Spider-Man served as very fertile ground. Mary Jane as Little Red Riding Hood fit the bill perfectly for our first issue. Toss in Aunt May as Granny, Peter as the woodcutter and the ever popular black costume, (not to mention Kraven as the big bad wolf!) and a classic has been reinvented Marvel style!
OK, Marvel, I'll give you one more chance with this fairy tale nonsense. But if you screw it up this time, I'm stuffing you into the gingerbread house oven along with Hansel and Gretel.
